what do you think of my daily intake?!


Question: What do you think of my daily intake?
The morning-2 apples. 1 pear. honeydew - a few slices. 1/2 cup fiber one original
night- salad, steamed vegetables, with either an egg white omlette, 3 oz tilapia, or 1.4 cup of pearled barley
snack- 1 apple , 1 pear, some honeydew, rice cakes
activiy - 60 min of yoga and barely sit always cleaning or standing
would i lose weight this way

Answers:

You might loose weight, but you won't be healthy. You need to eat more calories. You should get about 1,500 every day. I don't think you are getting enough protein. There is some in the eggs and barley, but not a lot. Try incorporating beans into your diet. They are low in calories and high in protein.

If you are going to eat this little amount of food, you need to at least get more variety so that you don't become deficient in anything. Variety is extremely important, especially when you are on a restrictive diet.
