Hi, eating fish would mean you wouldn't be classed as a vegetarian, since Vegetarians don't eat any animals.
This would make you a Pescatarian, who eat fish but not other meat.

Vegetarians don't eat fish. That's the simple answer.

It's "ok" to eat fish, but you'd no longer be a vegetarian if you did. You'd be what is known as a pescetarian, which is a subclass of omnivore, not a subclass of vegetarian. The simple rule of thumb is, if you eat something which had a mother or had a face, then you're not a vegetarian.

Vegan!

Hello Jonas

You would be suprised the amount of people that call themselves Vegetarians and they eat fish thinking that it is not meat. They state that people who eat fish are Pescetarians. At the end of the day its all labels, just do the best you can - nobody is 100% vegetarian/vegan.

I wouldn't consider someone who ate fish a vegetarian. Sharks are fish. Try and catch one of them and I'm guessing most people would consider it an animal rather than a plant by the end of the fishing trip.

Vegetarians do not eat animals. Fish are animals.

You can call yourself a pescetarian. Pescetarians eat fish but not red meat or chicken.

A vegetarian who eats fish becomes a Peskitarian. Obviously, a Peski. is just a Veggie who still eats fish..
I'm a Peski!
So yeah, it is ok to eat fish:)

People are vegetarians because they believe that eating animals is wrong. If you eat fish, then you aren't a really vegetarian. Fish are animals too.

It is okay to eat whatever you want, but a vegetarian diet does not include fish. I believe the term you're looking for is "pescatarian."

No! Vegetarians do not eat animals. Fish are animals. What is so hard to understand about this?

vegan :D

No, cuz being vegetarian is not eating animals and fish is an animal.

No. That's called pescatarian. And you don't have to be strictly one- you're doing this because you believe in something.

Vegetarians dont eat animals.

yes.
you can be vegetarian and eat fish. most will say you are pescatarian, but if you do not want to sound like a complete idiot by saying PESCATRIAN and then explaining what that word means, 50 times a day to people, then yes you can continue to eat fish and call yourself a vegetarian.

It all depends on your views as a vegitarian. There are people who eat fish and are still tecnically vegitarians but others will dispute it so it is all a matter of opinion

just eat it. you aint gonna die or get in trouble. you swear like you cant eat meat or something.

if ur ok being a ''something FISHy'' vegetarian, than its ok otherwise...no.

That would make you aquatarian
