Did I make the right decision to start eating fish??!?!!?!

Being a vegetarian is hard, and you have to make sure you maintain your weight. If you truly want to be a veggie, stick to it, but if you don't mind eating fish for a while I would stick to it if I was you because it would be doing only good for your health. I think (if it isn't colliding too much with your vegetarian beliefs) that you should eat fish till you gain back the weight and consider a vegetarian diet again but with management that would control your weight. By eating fish, you still are technically a type of vegetarian.
Why do you need the fish to help you gain weight? There are plenty of non-meat foods that can help you pack on a few pounds. Just because it's fish, that doesn't mean that it's going to make you gain more weight than something else with the same amount of protein/calories. Did you just plain stop eating meat without replacing it with a suitable alternative? If so, then that would be why you lost so much weight.
yes!fish is rich in protein, which is essential for health.sometimes not eating meat and only vegetables are mostly what most parents are concerned of.my parents are persistent to make me eat lots of meat.

5'6" and 113 pounds is underweight, but not drastically so. If you're determined to stay vegetarian, you should be able to get your weight back into the healthy range just by eating more.
Be sure to gain weight by eating more *healthy* foods, though, or you could set yourself up for serious health problems.
Whole grain breads and pastas and baked or mashed potatoes are healthy foods that can help you gain weight.
Be sure to eat plenty of fruits and vegetables to get the vitamins and minerals your body needs, too, and start eating more organic eggs for breakfast or lunch.
If you haven't already, I would also switch from skim milk and other non-fat dairy products to reduced fat or even whole milk. The healthiest way to do this is to have a nice bowl of plain yogurt (Mountain High is the tastiest brand, in my opinion) mixed with honey, fruit, or whole grain granola.
Another good source of healthy fats is olive oil. Pour out a little olive oil and some good quality balsamic vinegar and cracked black pepper in a bowl and dip your whole grain bread in it at meals for a tasty Mediterranean-style side.
Hope this is helpful!
