Try the following:-

Rice, Curry Powder, Sultanas, Onion, Mushroom, Sweetcorn, Broccoli, Lemon, Sugar/Syrup & Oil

Bean, Courgette & Aubergine Paella
(rice, onion, garlic, peppers, aubergine, courgette, mushroom, cannellini beans, tin chopped tomato, stock, paprika, cumin, saffron strands)

Lentil, Wild Rice, Aubergine, Red Pepper, Celery, Spring Onion, Garlic, Lemon, Pepper, Oil, Salt & Vinegar (excellent as a cold rice salad)

Baked Cumin Rice with Aubergine & Peas
(1? cups rice, aubergine cubed, onion, red pepper, tin tomatoes, 4tsp cumin, ? tsp turmeric, 1/4 tsp ginger, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, ? tsp pepper, ? cup parsley, 1? cups fresh or frozen peas, 3 cups water. Oven 180c, soak rice in water and leave, fry aubergine, onion adding salt for 5 mins, then add peppers, tomatoes, seasonings, parsley. Drain rice, put in pan with 3 cups water and boil, then mix all together and put into baking dish with fluid, cover with parchment or foil and bake 50 mins, then stir in the peas)

Moroccan Pilaff
(almonds, onion, oil, carrots, cinnamon, rice, sultanas, dried apricots, grated zest of orange, pepper, salt, coriander and chives) Sauté almonds, add onion, carrots and cinnamon, then the rice, sultanas, apricots, orange zest, pepper and 1 ? pt water salt & pepper then boil. Transfer to casserole dish and cook covered 40 mins. Serve with fresh coriander and chives)

Vegetable Paella
(1 tbsp oil, bay leaf, ? onion, 1? cups basmati rice, garlic, stock cube, bell pepper, peas, 1tsp tomato paste, tomato chopped, 3 cups water, saffron, salt, thyme & oregano sprig, carrots, courgette, diced potatoes & green beans. Cook onion, garlic and pepper in olive oil, add tomato, saffron, herbs, bay leaf, rice and mix. Add bouillon, tomato paste, water and boil, add salt simmer covered 20 minutes. Add blanched vegetables and simmer. If you want a prawn like taste, you can add seaweed)

u can make rice interesting by giving it different flours.
u can make pulao, biryani, onion rice, curd rice, zeera rice.
or simply give it a tadka of onion zeera green chillies with ghee on rice this give u something different.
u can also make chinese fried rice, rice pakodas by adding gram flour onions green chillies, coriander salt red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala its yummy.
u can make spinach rice by just adding spinach paste to rice and tadka of zeera.



You can make pilaf ,biryanis even dessert with rice .

Hi dear.

first put your rice in hot water for 1 hour.
then put the rice with water on fire.
after 10 or 15 min put the rice in a basket.(don't forget that your basket should has tiny holes.)
after that again put the rice on fire and put the lid of the pot for 10 or 20 min.(Flame should be low)
now you have wonderful rice.

there is a hungarian dish called rizzi bizzi
it's just cooked white rice with peas and butter and lots of black pepper!
very delicious :)

berbere rice is good
curry rice is good
mock duck fried rice is good



well you can add different spices or flavorings to it



BY PUTTING YOUR LOTS OF LOVE



Add Some Brown Gravy Or Butter.



Add eggs, bean sprouts, peas, pork, and make pork fried rice.



Pour a little chunky beef soup on top.
