What can a vegetarian eat on a low carb diet?!

Question: What can a vegetarian eat on a low carb diet?
All I can think of is Nuts, seeds, vegetables, and some low-sugar fruits.

Answers:

Hello

Just eat a natural diet of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, grains, cereals and cut out the junk of artificial sugars, fats and dairy. You will notice a huge difference.

Actually most vegetables are not low carb. For example on Atkins you're only allowed salad vegetables. That's one reason why this diet is so disturbing. Being told to avoid certain really healthy foods is just ridiculous.

And I know this isn't what you want to hear but low carb diets play do permanent damage to your heart and blood vessels so really aren't the best choice.
