What is the best way to shell a large amount of hemp seeds?!

Hello
Put them on a tray and spread them out in 1 layer. Then put a chopping board on top of them and hit it with a hammer. Then pour into a large bowl or bucket of water and stir, the shells float and the seeds stay on the bottom - just drain and then either use or leave on the side to dry before packaging.
