Ideas of condiments to eat with carrots/ celery?!

Question: Ideas of condiments to eat with carrots/ celery?
I'm getting tired of the light ranch dressing that I eat with raw veggies all the time. I've started mixing some hot sauce with the ranch, which is excellent, but wondering if there are any ideas out there I haven't thought of.
(Also, have already tried cream cheese, peanut butter and hummus with celery).
Thank you in advance!

Hi, salsa is lovely and goes really well with both carrots and celery.

Pimento cheese stuffed celery

Celery stuffed with cream cheese/olive :
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (I use reduced fat)
2 tablespoons sour cream (I use light)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
20 small green olives

Coarsely chop the olives. Separate and wash celery stalks. Can remove celery strings, if desired.
Mix cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in walnuts and olives.
Spread filling into celery.

carrots dipped in a vinaigrette

also try as dips for your veggies:
french onion dip
guacamole
tomato/bacon dip

BLT dip (bacon/tomato)
* 1 pound bacon
* 1 cup mayonnaise
* 1 cup sour cream
* 1 tomato - peeled, seeded and diced

Directions

1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain on paper towels.
2. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise and sour cream. Crumble bacon into the sour cream and mayonnaise mixture. Mix in tomatoes just before serving.

Cottage cheese with some smoked paprika on it! MMMM
OR
1 part Feta cheese with 3 parts cottage cheese and a pinch of oregano, squeeze of lemon juice, pepper.
OR
1/2c. yogurt + 1/2 c. mayo
OR
1/2c. buttermilk + 1/2c. sour cream
OR
1/2 cup Thai sweet garlic chili sauce + 1/2 cup peanut butter
OR Ants on a LOG
finely grated cheddar mixed with smooth cream cheese and grated havarti piped into the celery groove and then topped with raisins and nuts in a line - "ANTS on a LOG! YUM. Put all the grated cheeses mix into a zip lock small FREEZER bag. Twist the mixture down into one corner. Use a twist tie to close the bag as close as possible to the lump o cheese. Cut off 1/2 inch of the corner and use this as a piping bag... gently squeezing the mixture down and out into the celery groove. Top with raisins, (sultanas are the juiciest), or alternate pine nuts and sultanas every inch or 2 cm. and then chill them for a while. then when they are chilled you can cut them in 2 inch pieces or 5 cm pieces, keep them in the fridge. These are a great snack for kids. I like dipping carrots in Thai Chili Sauce mixed with peanut butter.

Then cut your carrots into flowers and you will have Ants on a Log with blossoms.

catalina dressing (my kids love this)

thai sweet/hot chili sauce

make your own dressing with mayo or sour cream or plain yogurt and stir in some herbs and spices, hot sauce, etc. make small amounts and experiment til you find something you like.

I don't know about carrots, but celery sticks with tomato juice makes a great combination. Like a virgin bloody mary.

they are delish with a spinach artichoke dip. You can make your own with low fat cream cheese to keep it healthy.

Make vegetable dip or spinach dip. Creamy Italian would be good too.

Thousand Island dressing should do.
