What are some good vegetarian products to buy?!

Question: What are some good vegetarian products to buy?
I really want some foods that are filling, healthy, and dont have any meat. I want snack ideas and meal ideas.

Anyone have any suggestions?

peanut butter, bananas, pita chips or toasted pita bread with homemade tzatziki for dipping (plain greek yogurt, minced garlic, chopped cucumber and a touch of lemon juice. stir together until it tastes right. keep in a glass jar with a lid in the fridge.), hot cereal with fruit and honey, triscut crackers with a bit of cheddar cheese melted on them (microwave) and some salsa.

if you like to cook, you can make veggie soup, veggie chili, oven roasted veggies (cut up potatoes, carrots, onion, garlic, mushrooms, etc and toss with a bit of olive oil and some herbs, salt and pepper. bake in a loosely covered pan at 300F for an hour or so, until the hard veggies are soft enough to break with a fork.)

hope this helps a bit!

Fruit, nuts, granola, popcorn and raw vegetables with a dip are good snacks. For dinner, you can eat tofu and other products made from tofu such as soy hot dogs. Indians have many delicious vegetarian recipes, so you might want to buy an indian cook book. I also like eggplant parmesan and other Italian specialties. Vegetarian soups are good too.

I am vegetarian.

Tempeh is incredibly versatile. The link below is for a yummy tempeh sandwich. A good snack is to mix cream cheese, peanut butter, honey, and cinnamon and spread it on apple or toast. For a treat sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on the toast.
