Is it against the law to sell drug paraphernalia and is it considered vegan?!

Question: Is it against the law to sell drug paraphernalia and is it considered vegan?
Since drugs do not harm animals, is it considered vegan? Also, I want to sell drug paraphernalia like scales, rolling papers, bongs, roach clips, etc.. I will not be selling actual dope though, just the stuff used in preparing and using different substances. Also, can I sell mushrooms because technically they are not illegal if you don't use them in an illegal way.

If you have to spend so much time and effort justifying this, then you are smart enugh to know that this is a bad idea. Plus, are you prepared for hearing about somene you sold somethig to dying? Is that worth it?
Get a job that you don't have to try to justify being legal and okay. You obviously are bright or you wouldn't be questioning all of this. Put your smarts together for good rather than evil. Seriously!

It depends where you are. Even just selling the paraphernalia is illegal in some places. So check with your local laws. Also, the mushrooms are legal to grow, but not legal to sell in some places, so check that too.

As for the stuff being vegan, as long as there's not animal products involved it will be fine. So, no leather wrapped bongs.

it isn't against the law!
we have stores in australia that are dedicated to them!
one called joynt venture and another called off ya tree
not to mention the hundreds at markets
bongs and stuff are fine because "people smoke tobacco out of them" ;)

edit: sell your mushies as under the counter.

It's probably vegan, but is very much against the law and will end up with you in jail.
