What did you eat today?!


Question: What did you eat today?
I ate too much today :( 2 cherry tomatoes + 4 sandwiches with jam. will i gain?
And what did u guys eat today?

Answers:

Was that breakfast? I could never get away with eating all that bread, but its still not a lot ;)

So far I've had a yogurt cup, some wheat crackers, a cheese slice, a coffee and some almonds. Theres still lunch, snack, dinner, snack to go through.



Hmmmm lets see...

Cheerios with Almond milk
2 mugs hot Detox tea with agave nectar
Two flatbread sandwiches with black beans, chickpeas, tomatoes, onions, and cucumbers
Grape juice! :P Yum.

I'll probably have quinoa or rice with veggies for dinner.

And I highly doubt you'll gain. You're weight might be up a pound (maybe) tomorrow morning, but it will even out if you eat more fiber-ful foods. (aka fruits and veggies)
Instead of eating jam, try eating fresh fruits to get your sweet fix.



that is not a lot of food
what I had was
Breakfast: crumpets with honey, banana, tropical juice, blackcurrant
Lunch: vegetable quarter pouders, wosits, biscuit, ginger beer
dinner: quorn escalope, chips, green beans, greek yoghurt, coke
that is so far of today



ive had a nutribar for breakfast (i cant eat lots in the morning so my mom gives me a meal replacement bar..)
a glass of soy milk
than lunch was a few small pieces of cheese with 2 slices of whole grain bread.
and just now another glass of soy milk with 2 small pieces of italian fruit cake, with a smidge of butter.
Im going to eat some fruit now ... :$

I didn,t have anything to eat because I have no fing money and everyone in the world is too cold and vile and heartless to help someone like me who is down and out.

Maybe you would be gracious and nice enough to mail me some money so that I can eat tonight if I give you my address?



No havent eaten a lot, actly you havent eaten enough.

had a 2 slices of toast with jam for break fast
ate a cookie for snack
mixed salad, bit of rice with fried veggies for lunch
a cookie again
lintel soup and bread for dinner (just had dinner).



my advice: don't worry so much about gaining. worry more about getting enough vitamins and nutrients, and cut out unnecessary fat, such as cheese on a salad. make sure you get enough fruits and veggies, and eat some protein, and you should be healthy.



What I've made so far:
black bean burrito with pico de gallo, guacamole and chipotle' hot sauce
multi vitamin
spring water

What I've yet to eat:
chunky tomato or lentil vegetable soup (it's freezing here) and a slice of fresh french bread
garden salad with romaine lettuce and organic baby spinach -creamy italian dressing, chickpeas and green olives
fruit or 100% fruit juice of some sort



No, that's not a lot of food. You wont gain weight.

So far, Ive eaten:

Red Pepper Hummus wraps (x2) just hummus and the tortilla
A few donut holes
Beans & Rice

2 coffees with Almond Milk

I ate curry soy chunks with rice and beans.
I drank chocolate soy milk, too.

Yesterday, I had tofu with garlic sauce and rice.

No you will not gain on that I had oat meal with agave and a banana lunch toasted veg sandwich and a apple Dinner boca chicken Burger and veggies yum



no you wont gain anything , tbh you havent eaten enough , i havent had anything today :)



So far, I have had:

cereal and milk
ham and pastrami sammich
candy bar
WAAAYYYYY too much coffee



Jellied eels, pie and mash
