Question: Anybody know any good diet tips?
Basically, does anybody know any good diet tips? or generally any advice to help someone to lose weight.... thank you very much i appreciate it :) xxx

Plan your daily food for your diet. Usually 12,000 to 15,000 calories a day. Include all the basic nutrients. Fruit , vegetables, grains, and protein. have mini-meals, drink a lot of water,keep busy, exercise, and don't deviate from your planned food consumption for the day.



If you go on a diet, you will most likely gain all and more of what you lose.
Lifestyle change is much healthier and will results in long-term results.

Dr. McDougall has a number of books out with menus and explains what you should eat and why as well as what you should avoid or eat in moderation.

Dr. Neal Barnard also has the same type of books.

John Robbins does too.
All contain menus, and lots of recipes. You can google all three, too. They each have websites.

I suggest exerising regularly and eating well. Then you will lose weight, feel better and keep the weight off.

Simply a matter of ingesting fewer calories and burning more. Technically this means you can eat whatever you want as long as you exercise off more than consumed. You are better off health wise to eat non-starchy veggies (green, like spinach and salad), you can do a fast on juices( take a 100% fruit juice and cut in half with water) and a soup stock. Make sure you take your vitamins and consume plenty of water.



Well, train yourself to get used to healthy foods. :]
There are lots of really good healthy foods!
Like beans, if you don't want just plain beans, then you could put them on rice then bake them, aka baked beans & rice.

Also, [I know this is impossible to believe] but salads can be good too! you can add beans, nuts & even fruit!

Oh, and try to eat less meat. Or you could start having fish instead. (grilled is the best)
You can practically grill anything.

The simple and best way is to burn more calories than you consume. That's it. Eat lighter, cut out sodas and sugar, and walk or take the stairs or do 20 minutes of cardio on a treadmill a day and you should see some results and feel healthier, too!



Become a Vegetarian and exercise regularly. Eat no more than two meals a day. No snacks in between meals.
