I don't know what else you consume, but my opinion is:NO

Every 1.7 ounces of processed meat consumed a day increases the risk of colorectal cancer by 21%.

forget eating bacon, sausage and lunchmeat. No amount is considered completely safe, according to the analysis from the American Institute for Cancer Research and the World Cancer Research Fund.

world cancer research fund is a network of thousands of cancer researchers

No it not, it's really bad for your cholesterol levels. Maybe you should try cutting back a bit, I think it'd be okay to eat one hot dog a week.

No. Take a look at the cholesterol levels and the saturated fat on the label. Change your ways or say adios.

Have you ever seen an eating contest? Of course, it's safe. It's not going to kill you. It's just extremely unhealthy.

Heck yeah it is. Hot dogs and burgers all day long son!!
