I have track after school, and it's gonna be a long run, so about 5 miles? So about a 40-minute run.
I am 15, 5'5, 120 lbs, and want to get back to 105 eventually, which was the weight I was this summer (no, it is not unhealthy for me, I was running 5ks and 10ks and alert and happy and still never got sick... so don't tell me that's too low). I'm not going to risk my health, though- is this enough calories and nutrients?
And the lowfat milk is stuff I bought from my friend's farm, I have been there, her family basically treats the cows like pets and do not sell them to be killed when their production declines. So no vegans suggesting that I'm doing something bad, anyways :)

This is a very healthy diet plan for tomorrow if you stick it out and if you keep eating like this, you will lose the weight you want for track. The only thing I see that's questionable is the olive oil as oils cause ski problems and weight gain. There are some vegans that also stay away from oils.
Anyway good luck :)
Reply: Yah I just heard from Alicia Silverstone's website that some vegans steer clear of oil(s). On the other hand, from my knowledge, olive oil keeps us looking younger.

Dairy milk is is best suited (naturally) to meet the the physiological needs of growing a calf into a cow, it is *not* meant for a grown human being. You have a wonderful diet plan otherwise, but milk sabotages it. Please review these links to learn of the dangers of dairy:

I seems nutritious you could try a green juice or a berry blend in the morning or even some steam veggies in the evening, other than that your on the right track to being healthy not just weight loss.
Gud diet plan
i do not know
No, you didn't. eat more whole foods and reach a caloric intake of at least 2,000 AT LEAST. You need more oils and a lot more foods with complete proteins (e.g, black beans, black-eyed peas, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, falafel, kidney beans, lentils, lima beans, pinto beans, soy beans, fish, split peas, white beans, etc.) in your diet.
Most oils are high in monounsaturated or polyunsaturated fats, and low in saturated fats. Most protein bars, etc. are junk foods.
You skipped the entire meat food group, bub.
