is twix finger biscuit suitable for vegetarian?!

i know the full size twix are vegetarian, they do say suitable for vegetarian however the twix finger biscuits don't. when you open them up and and read the ingredients on the indidvidual wrappers the ingredients are written in some other language despite the outer pack been written in english. so clearly they dont use the same ingeredients as the finger biscuits are made from another country, which is why im asking if the finger biscuit version are vegetarian or not.
