You can't eat yogurt because it's made from milk, but you can definitely eat eggs and crackers.

If your allergic to milk that means your Lactose intolerant.

You cant eat yogurt because it is made with milk, but you can eat eggs and ritz crackers :]

(Lactose intolerance is the inability to metabolize lactose, because of a lack of the required enzyme lactase in the digestive system. It is estimated that 75% of adults worldwide show some decrease in lactase activity during adulthood. The frequency of decreased lactase activity ranges from as little as 5% in northern Europe, up to 71% for Sicily, to more than 90% in some African and Asian countries)

and my smarts. :]

If you have a milk protein allergy, yogurt is probably out. However, if it's just lactose intolerance, you MAY be able to stomach yogurt, as SOME people with lactose intolerance can tolerate it. Eggs do not contain milk. Ritz crackers do not have milk.

It is called lactose intolerance, caused because you don't have the digestive enzymes to digest milk. So anything like milk, cheese, cottage cheese, will cause the reaction. Eggs and ritz crackers should be fine. There are products in the drug store which you can take to put the enzymes in your stomach. Dairy Ease is one. Ask your pharmacist.

Yogurt is usually made out of milk, so NO.
Last time I checked, eggs came out of a chicken, not a cow..so YES.
And ritz? Check the ingredient list. All products have allergen information posted at the end of the list, in bold letters. It will say:MILK.

I would think yogurt would be out. Any dairy product would probably give you the same reaction. I don't see why eggs would have anything to do with it. And I don't think Ritz crackers would be a problem.

allergy to milk may mean allergy to dairy. So you could eat non-dairy yogurt, like soy yogurt. Eggs are not dairy..unless you are also allergic to eggs.

no you can eat milk if you're allergic, which is different than being lactose intolerant. you can eat eggs and ritz.

Nope

yogurt is a dairy product! so I don't think so
