What do vegans eat and not eat?!
Answers:
Vegans do not eat meat, fish, poultry, dairy products, eggs, essentially anything that was an animal or made by an animal
Vegans don't eat anything that harms animals in the process. They can eat anthing except any dairy products (milk, cheese, eggs, etc.) or meat products (beef, chicken, ham, ect.) and don't forget about seafood (shrimp, fish, lobster, etc.) Although if you ever buy pre-packaged foods you can always look at allergen information that might say something like "May contain milk", "May contain eggs." Also if you are considering becoming vegan be sure to take your vitamins, because it's difficult to get your calcium and proteins from vegetables and fruit. Good luck :D
it really varies. for the most part, vegans do not eat cheese, milk, eggs, or other products like that.
but some vegans are okay with eating other animal products, like honey.
basically look at where each product comes from and how the animals are treated. if you would be okay with supporting that industry, then go ahead and chow down!
Vegan friends
No meat, NO FISH, nothing that came from an animal in any kind of way-eggs, cheese, leather shoes, belts, are a no-no. Any label that contains 'rennet' is not vegan acceptable. It takes discipline and committment.
I forgot Honey. They don't eat honey because they feel as though the bees are essentially being forced into slavery.
Vegans do not eat any animal products. They eat plant derived food.
