Ok, so planning vegan meals. Help?!
i'm just having a little trouble coming up with daily meal plans that would satisfy my food needs.
so if anyone could come up with a week worth of meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack) that would help me SO much. oh and i'm in high school, so packable lunches area must since sophomores can't leave campus for lunch.
Thanks in advance :)

I recommend the cookbook "Vegan Cooking for One" by Leah Leneman. It's set up in weekly menus, and gives you a shopping list to make all of the recipes for each week (plus a list of staples to keep in your house). It's dinner only, though, no breakfasts, and only one lunch and dessert per week.
A few of my favorite meals are:
- Vegan chili http://www.eating-for-england.com/vegan-…
- Stews/soups of all kinds! - my favorite is turnip, lentil and kale stew.
- Veggie stir fry with either tofu or faux meat.
- Spaghetti with a homemade sauce (I like to mix pineapple, cooked carrots, and zucchini in mine - it' quite good)
- Vegan taco salad with beans, salsa, guacamole, dairy-free plain yogurt to sub as the ranch or sour cream...pineapple. Things like that.
- Homemade veggie burgers (great with hummus)
- Homemade sweet potato stuffed won-tons with a sauce and side of veggies.
Things of that nature. :)
Here's a good website too for any extra ideas. http://www.vegetariantimes.com/
Tons of different things!
