Considering everyone says "eat 6 meals a day for great weightloss." What times should I eat them?!


Question: Considering everyone says "eat 6 meals a day for great weightloss." What times should I eat them?
I wake up at 5:30-6:00 on weekdays. And go to bed at about 10. So how should i split up my 6 meals time wise?

sounds about right.. dont eat right before bed!



8bfast granola n fruit
11snack larabar
1lunch salad
4snack lavash
5dinner salad

basically what i do but i wake up at 8 not 6 now n so just eat 3 hours apart
sundays i just eat brunch spaghettib only by noon
but anyway try not to eat before 8am since it can turn into a bad habit
vegan



about 8:00 AM, 10:00 AM, NOON, 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM, and 7:00 PM
whenever, just about two hours apart! :)
