Ignore your aunt. She is a liar! Of course we can have kids. I'm vegan and pregnant, no complications... A vegan diet is the healthiest you can have. You can find replacements for milk: soy, rice, hemp, coconut, oats, hazelnut, almond, cashew, barley... For cheese you can find: tees, daiya, follow your heart, vegan brand... For ice cream you can find many from turtle mountain or chicago soy dairy which also has marshmellows and other treats, for candies you can do yummy earth, for gum glee, for egg replacements they have in the market or you can use tofu, flax, bananas or applesauce. For fake meat they also have many options such as veg usa, gardein, boca etc, and yes most vegan chocolates taste the same. Milk isn't necessary in chocolate. Many chocolates that aren't intentionally vegan and mainstream are pretty tasty and have no milk in them... Most korean markets don't have vegan options but many thai ones do.

Some women get so involved in their vegan diet that they lose their period and can't get pregnant. That's probably what your aunt was talking about.

I don't believe it happens often, but some people jump into veganism like a cult. Personally, I don't think you can possibly be a long term, healthy vegan.

No, they may call it by a name you recognize, but most vegan food does not taste like real food. And much of it is soy based. There is research that excessive soy consumption is bad for humans, affecting fertility. Your aunt may be thinking of that, too.

You can have a child, however it is not recommended. There are way too many people on this planet causing a lot of destruction. Having children is a tremendous burden on this planet and as vegans we should work too stop this and if we need to raise kids adopt one rather than making more, we should also look into vasectomies and tubal litigation. The same goes for breeding animals, "domesticated" animals should always be spayed and neutered and one should adopt rather than make a new one.

We as humyns need to reduce our population without war and environmental destruction and rather just work towards natural extinction. We owe it to mother earth and to the animals and plants living upon her.

Vegan chocolate is great. I have had various different brands of chocolate ranging from rice/soy milk chocolates to semi sweet to loads of dark chocolates in various forms and haven't had any complaints. Some bars are better than others but it is all up to personal taste. Terra Nostra makes a great vegan milk chocolate and trader joes sells chocolate liquor cherries for like 3 bucks for a box of 30 chocolates and they also happen to be vegan. (however TJ's only sells it around the holidays so stock up, seriously) Also GoMaxGo makes vegan candy bars similar too the omni bars (snickers, almond joy...) but totally free of animals.

Hmart might have some vegan meats. I believe they have the canned gluten products and might have some frozen stuff, as well as having tofu. Though I don't think they have a great selection and plus one should not rely on fake meats a whole lot.

Your aunt is 100% correct - it is a well known fact that Vegans cannot have children.

There is not one single recorded case of a vegan ever having had children - it's impossible - unless of course they have blonde hair - vegans with blonde hair defintely CAN have children - it's a genetic thing - too complicated to explain here.

If you get your period or if you are a guy you should be able to have kids! If you are a teen you may have some side effects in your health and if you haven't talked to your family doctor you should. He or she could give you a blood test to make sure you're getting what you need. Suggest supplements and such.
I used to have carob when I was allergic to chocolate. I loved Dark chocolate and I was an ovo lacto vegetarian.

A lot of dark chocolate is vegan, and it tastes just like "normal" dark chocolate, mostly because it is. Milk chocolate can also be replaced by carob, which is pretty good, but I still prefer dark chocolate.

Vegans can absolutely have children. Carob does not taste exactly like milk chocolate. If you like dark chocolate, there are several really delicious vegan dark chocolate bars out there. Try Trader Joe's. I don't know about Hmart. Most grocery stores, including Walmart do carry mock meats.

yes you can have kids. you know about hindu right? they don't eat meat and have kids like crazy. most supermarket carries veg meats that taste meaty. you can also shop at indian market, they have alot of products for vegetarian. the food taste real good too. i eat lotsa vegetable and nuts for protein

Yes, if there's no other medical problems, vegans can have kids. Vegan chocolate (carob) doesn't taste the same as chocolate, sorry.
