do a research about it and let us know !

Olives are good for you, and have no harmful side effects. Besides, if they did affect memory adversely, why would it take more than seven particularly? Less than seven would also have some effect. The degree of memory loss would vary not just by number of olives eaten, but also by their size, and the physical characteristics of the person. Memory loss is not a side effect of any normal food.

It's a transparently ridiculous myth.

It is said that taking in Olive Oil daily will improve your memory. It is also said that taking 1 tablespoon of Olive oil at breakfast speeds up your metabolism.

Sounds like a myth, and googling "olive" and "brain" comes up with a bunch of results saying that consuming olive oil or olive oil extract can be beneficial for your brain.

You have to remember how many you actually ate.

I don't remember. My wife eats lots of olives but I think it's the vodka that affects her memory.

this is the first time i heard but guess whos not eating 7 olives a day anymore

Thats the first time i have heard of this

So, how would you remember you already ate 7 and need to quit?
