it's exactly the same recipe just minus the egg
There are a number of ways to replace eggs in baking. I am an Ener-G Egg Replacer girl. Ener-G is a powdered mix of leaveners that you can get at a health food store or some grocery stores. You mix 1/2 tbsp of the Replacer with 2 tbsp water per egg, then add to the batter. You can also grind 1 tbsp of flax seeds and mix with 2-3 tbsp water (per egg) and let it "gel" before adding to the batter. Another option is to take 1/4 cup silken tofu (the kind in the aseptic box) per egg and liquefy in a blender before adding to the batter.
Some folks say use a banana or applesauce, but the former will add a strong flavor (although not bad if you're making banana bread) and the latter doesn't provide much lift.
I can't help you much with microwave cooking instructions, as I've always used my oven for baking.
First of all, cakes made in the microwave probably won't turn out very well. Secondly, just replace each egg with a tablespoon of unsweetened applesauce.
Don't add egg to cake, rest remain same.
