There's nothing wrong with eating this combination of foods in the short term, but over a longer period you may go short of some vital dietry components. I don't think there is enough protein in your proposed diet for anything longer than a few days or a week at the most, and it's always avisable to take in a broad range of different foods, so that enough of the essential minerals and vitamins can be included easily..

Protien is found in dairy products (milk, cheese, eggs, yogurt); in beans, grains, nuts and seeds.. So the cereal will have some and the energy bar should as well (assuming it is cereal based).

If the soup is milk based, that would help a lot. Skimmed milk could be used? Also, soups can of course contain beans. I'm assuming that you are making the soup yourself though? If not, try to use fresh soups, and check the ingredients to see if there is a lot of salt or sugar in them. If these soups are without any of the protein ingredients suggested, why not add a 1/3 of a can of butter beans, for example, and eat with a thin slice of unbuttered bread? This would provide you with enough protein and fill you up a lot better! Canned soups are very often heavy on salt and frequently not especially nutritious at all.

I really do wish you the best with your diet though! Good luck with this and keep going.. maybe just adjust it a bit?

you will loose a lot of weight fast but these types of diet aren't the best because when you start eating the same amount normal people eat and what they usually eat, you might blow up like a balloon and be twice your previous size. this happened to my cousin and now she's huge /:

you will lose quite a lot as your body will begin to use up fat which has been stored up in your body, if you also do lots of exercise it will help you to become slimmer.

Think twice if you can stick with this. If you can, it is good 4 u.
Good luck.
