Recipe for vegan eggnog muffins?!

but would i would do is just to follow a regular omnivore recipe (theres like a thousand online for omnivore eggnog muffins) and instead of eggnog in the recipe use Silk Eggnog (its vegan and available in most grocery stores around the holidays) and some Ener-G Egg Replacer (which may be a little hard to find depending on where you live, but Whole Foods will have it and probably Trader Joes or you could just order it online since its a powder you dont have to pay for a cooling pack so it wont be expensive. if you cant get any you could try just using baking soda or yeast---anything to make it rise)
