Question: Just egg and milk, no meat?
I am thinking of keeping a diet of NO meat. Just the intake of egg and milk will give me all the nutrients that meat would have given me, right?

Yes, that's right. If you use eggs and milk as your only sources of "meat", that makes you a laco-ovo Vegetarian. These animal products are an excellent source of protein.

If you are planning on going with a no-meat diet, you definitely need to supplement your diet with other protein rich foods, such as eggs but also soy and other beans.

Sure. But its healthier to eat a variety of foods.
