Peas and nuts
Beans and rice
Any nut with any grain
Any bean with any grain

Veg*ns can obtain protein by eating a balance of incomplete proteins each day (legumes with grains or legumes with nuts or seeds) or by eating approximately 50g of complete protein from the following sources: amaranth, buckwheat, hemp seed, soy, quinoa, certain blue-green algaes (such as spirulina), as well as eggs and dairy for those that allow them. There are also many fruits and vegetables (such as persimmons) that provide complete or high-quality proteins, but in such low doses it wouldn't be worth it to list them all. The key here, and to any healthy diet, is variety.

Some examples of complete protein combinations would be:
Peanut butter on whole wheat bread.
Black bean and corn salsa.
Beans and rice.

Meats are complete proteins by themselves and can pair with anything; rice and beans; and an awesome complete protein...eggs (all by themselves)

All proteins are made up of nutrients, acids and enzymes. (not only acids)

So
rich leaves (have all three but nutrients are high)
soft fruit (have all three but acids and enzymes are high)

Legumes and any type of grain

1. beef
2. chicken
3. pork

you can add these to anything, or eat them on their own, and they are complete
