Depends on how much you're eating of it, how much exercise you are getting, how much of everything else you're eating, and how much weight/resistance training you're doing.
u do understand that is a contradicting question. u can not increase your muscle size and lose weight.... if you want to gain muscle you eat more....if you want to lose weight you eat less.
Add in some whey protein and beans. Then you're set.
