Filling vegan food for school?!

Question: Filling vegan food for school?
I have recently become a vegan from a vegetarian and I'm finding it hard to have good, filling food in school and I'm finding that I'm always hungry. This is an example of what I eat:
Breakfast: Bagel with peanut butter
Break (10:35) : Fruit and nut bar, banana
Lunch (12:35) : Roll with crisps, a soya yogurt
Break (16:00) : Crackers and hummous
Dinner : Tofu stir fry with vegetables
Snack : Cereal

I bring my own lunch to school so any tips on good vegan food would be great :)

It is not look like you are eating enough proper food eg protein rich and filling
Try having a bigger breakfast e.g. porridge with fruit and nuts and soya yog or cooked tofu. baked beans something like that. This will keep you going longer. Is it possible to take a meal in a box for lunch like quinoa with veg and nuts or beans, lentil burgers, vegan sauseages in a roll etc plus lots of fruit, apples especially good.
Hummous is great you can also make loads of interesting stuff to take for lunch or eat for dinner - check out websites etc - enjoy

It sounds like you are getting a decent mix of types of food. Are you sure that your serving sizes are as large as they should be? If you are reasonably active, you should probably be eating about 2000 calories a day.

Also, try adding a little more fiber to every meal. For example, a little oatmeal on the side with your bagel and peanut butter.

If you bring your own lunch, how about lentil soup? It's easy to make, lasts for a couple of days in the fridge, and reheats beautifully. A thermos of that will give you plenty of protein and fiber and keep you full.
