YOU SHOULD know more about chemicals. If there's no pain, then there is no gain.

This sounds like a trick question from your chemistry teacher. ALL matter is made up of chemicals, some simple, some complex.

Water is H2O. Salt is NaCl. Sesame oil is lipids, fatty acids (mostly C18H32O2 linoleic acid and C18H34O2 oleic acid) connected by glycerol groups. Yeast extract is a variety of amino acids. Wheat gluten is a protein, a complex molecule also made up of amino acids. Dried onions are the most complex of all, composed of a massive amount of different organic chemicals, from the cellulose in the cell walls, to the nucleic acids in the DNA, to the self-defense enzymes that release onion's infamous eye-stinging vapors when the onion is cut.

Processed soy crap. The patties has chemical derivatives like monosodium glutamate and Artificial Flavors.
Disodium Guanylate, Disodium Inosinate, Yeast Extract, and Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein are chemicals derived from plants like soy and seaweed and fish and dare different forms of glutamate. They have the same chemical structure of MSG. American law does not require the labels to list MSG as an ingredient.. The USDA states that "the chemical breakdown of proteins may result in the formation of free glutamate like in meat it joins with free sodium to form a natural source of glutamic acid in food."
I don't know what ''Methylcellulose'' is. This so-called food, has no nutritional value except for the fact that it is a good source of protein.

The Ingredients:
Water, Soy Protein Concentrate, Wheat Gluten, contains Less than 2% of Methylcellulose, Salt, Caramel Color, Dried Onions, Yeast Extract, Sesame Oil, Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein, Natural and Artificial Flavor (Non-Meat)Disodium Guanylate, Disodium Inosinate.

ADD: Methylcellulose is a chemical compound derived from cellulose.
