Plate filled with corn chips. Next goes on whole pinto beans, then on top of that some pico de gaillo. On top of the pico goes slices of avocado. Garnish with chopped black olives.

melted cheddar cheese and lots of it to cover each chip. I like a spicy or hot salsa to add flavor and a kick and like sour cream but not a lot only a bit, or you could put it on the side along with the salsa and use it as a dipping sauce. Jalape?os are a good touch too as they add to the spice in the dish. Ground beef is an extremely good touch especially if your a meat lover like me. I also like the nacho chips which are already lime flavored they add that special limy taste to it.

my personal favourites.

Refried beans, any kind of white cheese, green olives with or without pimento, green peppers, a little avocado, onions, and tomatoes. Put it in the oven to melt the cheese and crisp it a little and it's amazing.

Re-fried beans, Seasoned ground beef, Fresh shredded cheddar cheese, Onion, Tamato, Cilantro (finely chopped) Home made Guacamole black olives, sour cream and some hot sauce to top it off.

I like refried beans, ground taco meat, chedder cheese, olives, salsa (medium) and sour cream.

refried beans, 'cheeze' sauce, lots and lots of super-spicy salsa :)

Sometimes guacamole

I like my nachos topped with black beans, tomatoes, onions, and cumin. YUM.

Medium rare, if you please, sir/ma'am.
