THE ICE CREAM could be eliminated. There is no mention of vegetables and fruit.
Sounds like too many Carbs.
The combination of all the food you have mentioned is not a solution to losing weight. I would recommend that you change some of those items food choices that are more healthy. For example, make sure the toast is whole wheat, and you don't over do it on the peanut butter. Secondly, replace the rice with a salad. You are lacking the essential fruits and vegetables you need for a healthy diet. Finally, make your own pizza. Simply buy a whole wheat pita, some sauce and put on cheese and vegetables. Put this in the oven or microwave. All the while, make sure you drink lots of water. Finally, if you want to eat ice cream, pick an ice cream that is low in fat, or even a frozen yogurt. There are many healthy alternatives to fatty ice creams.
If you are serious about losing weight, please take these options into consideration. They may not be ideal, but by slowly transforming your diet, you will be able to gain control over your calorie intake. Best of luck!
You're not eating too much, but your not eating the right foods either, you should add fruit and veges to your diet and take fatty foods out of your diet, except for an occasional treat. Also if you are trying to lose weight do a mixture of exercising and healthy eating.
A good healthy dinner I always love is a stir fry, you can use any veges you like and have it with noodles or rice, it's also good the next day for lunch. Breakfast is the meal you can splurge out on a little bit as you use the calories more during the day, also it will help you lose weight if you eat breakfast, and don't skip meals because then your body says to itself "Oh, I'm not getting fed, I'd better store that extra fat and sugar so I don't starve". so body 1: you 0
Calories are not the bad thing, it's fats, oils and sugar that makes you gain weight mostly, calories are actually crucial to our survival, if we didn't eat and intake calories we would die, as I'm sure you know! To know how much you should eat in terms of calories you should look at what your doing and how many calories it burns. Reduce sweets and eat unhealthy but yummy stuff in moderation. BTW good luck with your diet! :)
I totally agree with the answers the others have you aren't eating to much but the thing is that you are eating unhealthy food which will make you're body stay at the same size .You wont gain weight but you wont lose either, try to add to you're diet at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day.
I have lost 30 kg in 4 months but following this diet
On mornings I would eat fruit at least 1 kg of fruit for example from 10 o clock till 3 o clock (expect bananas)
For lunch I would eat different kind of seeds (beans for example) , meat without fat, fish and they should all be eaten with a side salad
For dinner I would eat a lot of vegetables (I tryed to be as creative as I could so I would not get bored)
As a snack I would eat Almonds and also if you are chocoholic as I am instead of chocolate I would eat a small spoon of honey.
And the most important drink at least 2 liters of water a day ( it is prefered ice cold because you will burn more calories)
If you feel hungry try to get out as much as you can so you'll stay away from food , try chewing gum, drink tea but with no sugar (I prefer green tea because it also help you lose weight), a good Idea is also placing the spoon or fork on the table after each bite you talk trust me you will get full sooner than you expect.
Hope I was useful....Best wishes..By the way can all of you guys check the lyrics that I wrote for this melody an tell me what you think by leaving a comment or replying on my question on yahoo...tell me should I continue to write or should I stop this is the first time that I wrote lyrics here is the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uSBRpJ2ePwU
yeah you can't lose weight like that peanut butter is packed with calories it's very unhealthy as is mini pizza and of course icecream will only add you weight ontop of that tacos are not ideal either.. the only healthy thing you've eaten is the toast and rice i suggest you add in fruit, veggies, meats like chicken or even fish tuna salmon steak, and salads.. try pasta salad, mash salmon n peas with a light turkey gravy, bagels instead of toast w/peanut butter.. if you're craving chocolate or something sweet swap the icecream or candy bar for a mug of hot chocolate (made with water) then just add in a splash of milk as you would with coffee or hot tea.. but still allow yourself one 'treat' a day like a bag of doritos or a couple pancakes but limit it everything else should be healthy then you won't need to watch your portions either the more healthy things you eat the less you'll feel hungry in the end that's helping you control the calorie intake aswel

It's all simple carbs and mostly bad fats, not a single fruit or veggie. Just pointing out even if you do lose weight you will be unhealthy even when you lose it (if you can get it off with this kind of diet!)
How much did you eat? 1 or 2 slices toast? How many tbsp peanut butter on each? How much rice? How large was the mini pizza? How many 1/2 cups of ice cream did you eat?
You need to be more specific, be conscious of not just the food but the portions and read the calorie labels.
2 tbsp peanut butter = 100 cal
1 slice toast= 80-1110 cal
1 c brown rice = ~180 cal
1 slice pizza= 150-250 cal
1/2 c ice cream= 320 cal
We can't tell how many calories you ate since you didn't give us the portion size. A personal pizza can have anywhere from 280 calories (Jenny Craig) to 730 (Subway). "Some" ice cream -- is that half a cup, or half a gallon?
But it doesn't sound like a particularly healthy diet in any event. You had no fruits or vegetables -- you're supposed to eat at least 5 servings a day. And while tacos or pizza can be healthy, they are more often "junk food" - high in salt and fat, and made with refined white flour (or fried taco shells).
Try to increase the amount of whole grains in your diet - whole wheat, brown rice, etc. Beans make a low fat, high fiber protein source. And eat more fruits and vegetables.
The amount of food is not the problem. Its the quality. Those foods are not good for weight loss. Way to much starch. (especially the mini pizza) Try eating more fruits and veggies (and lean meat, if you eat meat)
There is a lot of starch and sugar in your diet. If you can, eat some fruit during the day. Have a small salad.
I eat way more than that in a day, but I'm not dieting, so I can't say. You'll lose weight if that's less than you normally consume and if your level of exercise hasn't decreased.
If you are trying to lose weight you are doing it all wrong. You are eating quite a bit of fat. Where are the whole grains and veggies?
I think that there is a lot of starch and sugar in your diet.

You're not going to lose any weight with choices like those. That's all junk.
You need to put how many calories and some of the stuff doesnt sound healthy
i think it's fine , not too much
