How do I become a vegetarian?!
There's a problem, which is going to sound ridiculous...
But I love meat. I don't want to. I feel terrible that I'm eating animals... but I give in really easily.
I don't wear clothing made from animal skins or anything else. I drink soy milk and what not.
Meat is my only problem.
Any advice?

Hi, you'll probably find that a lot of the meals you used to have with meat can be easily made vegetarian by switching the meat for either veggie "meat" or something else like beans or nuts.
Meals using mince can be so easily made with soya mince, which actually tastes really similar, and although you will notice a difference, it probably won't taste "wrong" even to begin with.
Other meals like curry or stir-fries can be made just as tasty by using things like tofu or pine nuts instead of meat.
Beans are very versatile and can be substituted for meat in a wide variety of meals. They're also really good for you.
Most forms of meat these days have a vegetarian equivalent, even things like steak and burgers, so hopefully once you get used to the slight difference in taste you won't find it too difficult.

How about cutting meat slowly away from your meals.
If you like eating ham and egg sandwich, try to eliminate ham 1st by putting vegetables in it and get rid of egg too by adding more different kind of vegetables?
Instead of lunch and dinner with meat, eat lunch or dinner with meat only (not both meals) for a while and slowly cut down the portion / quantities per time and maybe soon you will not find its missing from you meals.
Maybe for a start, you could use those 'fake meat' (I don't know the exact name for it) to substitute real meat too.
Limit yourself to the kind of meat you would eat may help to.
Well you could try not buying meat, so you won't get tempted. Or you could post a picture of an animal up on the fridge, so whenever your eating meat or what not you would feel guilty and not eat it. Hope I helped. Good luck on your plans to become a vegetarian.

Then start by by not eating that, you can eat others.The stop eating other type of meat then stop eating everything!
