Hi, me too! This is what I've decided on so far:
Starter- Salad with toasted pine nuts, raisins and spinach. (Don't want it to be too filling before the main course!)
Main- Roast potatoes, Brussels sprouts, carrots, sage and onion stuffing, and some kind of nut roast or possibly a bean roast.
Desert- Vegan christmas pudding. (You can buy them from Sainsburies if you're in the UK)
I'm aware the UK and USA have different Christmas dinner traditions, but this is fairly close to what my family (all meat eaters) will be having, so I won't feel I'm having anything too different.
I know it's a couple of weeks away but I'm already getting really excited about Christmas!

Cranberry Sauce
Homemade Bread/Italian Loaf
Peas
Vegan Nog (Found a great recipe)
Oranges (I always get an orange in my stocking)
Vegan
Pumpkin Soup.
i couldn't think of anything worse.
