Well, you eating organic greatly benefits organic producers and organic supermarkets. Benefits to you? Probably none. The USDA says organic food is no safer, healthier or nutritious than their non-organic counterparts.
A study in England said much the same thing "Dr Alan Dangour, who led the review by the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, said: "Most studies were based on the hypothesis that eating organic food is beneficial to health. Looking at all of the studies published in the last 50 years, we have concluded that there's no good evidence that consumption of organic food is beneficial to health based on the nutrient content."

I was a manager for Whole Food in Orlando Fl for 4 years. Mint is right, they have no proof that Organic anything is better then conventional.
So, if you have a lot of money to burn and feel better eating organic, go ahead.
Keep in mind that they are not any safer then all natural. They are susceptible to Ecoli( outbreak in beef last year at Whole Foods with their "Organic" Coleman's Beef) Salmonella, shingella and all the other "ellas" that conventional and all natural foods are prone to.
Also the USDA does allow farmer to use 2 pesticides( considered non toxic--<cough>).
In the meantime, I have been managing conventional stores all my life and had more incidents of contamination and the FDA pulling( now banned) supplements off Whole Foods shelves then in any other stores I've manage.
What they're selling, I'm not buying( but you can).
We have the freedom to shop wherever we like.
Less money in your pocket, oh wait, benefits? There are myths floating around that the pesticides on non-organic vegetables/fruits and hormones given to cows in non-organic milk can affect you in some way. Plenty of healthy people eating non-organic foods for decades beg to differ, and I honestly think its a fad. You could buy organic food pretty much anywhere, even in convenience stores now.
organic food is certified organic by the usda
hence it does not contain pesticides
so the produce is a lot healthier that is the organic fruitsnveggies
organic spaghetti for example usually contains like 1 ingredient
its that much more less processed
u usually buy it from wholefoods since they have the best selection
