Hi, usually alfredo sauce has chicken flavoring of some kind in it like its fat, stock, broth, bouillon, or base. When I was a vegetarian I had to make my own alfredo sauce. Here is the recipe:
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1/3 cup parmesian cheese
tsp nutmeg
add to fetuccini
top with parlsey and or cayenne

It's def not vegan, but possibly vegetarian. you should call them. I am sure that is a frequently asked question because by looks itself, the dish does appear to be a choice of vegetarians, so a lot of people probably ask them on a regular basis.
Alfredo sauce is usually made from butter and cream, so I would say no, unless they specify that it is vegan (and then it isn't true alfredo sauce)
3 ingredients: milk, (parmesan) cheese, and butter...plus a bit of salt.
