What do i need, to eat healthy?!
For example:
Whats the body's intake on:
Calories
Fat
Protein
Carbs
What else do i need to keep track?
how do i divide that throughout the day? steady myself throughout the day?
3 full meals a day?
5 meals aday but just small portions?
is there gaps of time between each meal? im so confused!!

It's better to eat 5-6 small meals a day so you don't over eat and it will help you reach the highest level of fitness. This will boost your metabolism, which will in turn make you burn more calories all day long. If you are trying to build lean muscles, eat foods high in protein.
If you don't eat healthy, you'll die younger than you would if you ate healthy.
Which means you should snack on fruit instead of oreo cookies.
I know a 56 year old woman who has horrible heath issues for the past ten years including major intestinal problems because she would hardly ever eat any fruit or vegetables since she was a child.

To start, if you go vegan you'll need a B-12 supplement since you can't get it apart from animal based foods.
And Kudos for researching it before going vegetarian. People that think they can simply decide to stop eating meat and yet be healthy are foolish.
