and i just ate a piece of ham my mother cooked with barbewue and i feel like to puke right now BLAHH did i eat alot?? do i need to puke? or do my stomach urts a little that feels like i gotta puke?? HELP~!
Answers:
You should NEVER throw up your food because you're full. That's just gonna set you up for Bulimia, an eating disorder. Just try to be more aware of how full you are next time you eat. It takes 20 minutes after finishing a meal for the body to recognize it's full. I'd just say, lay off the snack food like the pop & chips.

i eat 3 times a day and i think it is not too much.i eat breakfast tea and biscuit, lunch rice and curry and dinner rice and lentils and curry.
Too many simple carbs. The donut, chips, Goldfish, Mashed Potatoes.
Yeah, calories wise. But you need more veggies. Also, drink lots of water, and eat less-refined foods. More whole grains...less gold fish! You will feel great!
I don't think you ate too much at all. This list looks pretty normal to me.
