In vegetarian sources very little amount of b12 is available.if u can't have non vegetarian diet then take lots of milk products like cheese, curd, fresh fruits and green vegetables. But you would have to take b12 supplement also along with this diet.Highly available sources for b12 are salmon, eggs.chicken and other animals product.

The only reliable vegan sources of B12 are foods fortified with B12 (including some plant milks, some soy products and some breakfast cereals) and B12 supplements. Vitamin B12, whether in supplements, fortified foods, or animal products, comes from micro-organisms.
