I'm not a vegetarian but...?!

I don't have an answer to your actual question, but I would like to add that I have read that eating "farm raised" fish is also not good for you. Can't remember why. (I'm a real wealth of info!)
Anyway, the reason for not eating too much fish is that there is mercury in a lot of fish. Not all fish, though. I think if you go to a website devoted to pregnancy, you might find some good guidelines as far as what fish to eat safely and how much.
well, honestly, if you're going to eat meat, they say it's better you eat some at least twice a week (i think no more then 4). if you only eat some like, once every 2 months, your body already gets used to having a normal diet and you will have a hard time digesting the meat AND even more likely to have food poisioning. so, you'd rather eat meat regularly enough or, quit it all together. as for tuna, try some in salads, green leteuce, tomatoes, green onions and chunck tuna. tuna sandwhiches. tuna burger (buger buns, cheese, mix tuna with something, look it up). if you're sick of it all together, salmon. thing is, you gotta be careful with alot of fish cuz lots of 'em have mercury, which is poisionous, your body can only take so much of it. i read somewhere that you shouldn't have more then like one pound of fish a week cuz of mercury but i think that's obessive. i used to eat fish like 4-5 times a week and i never got sick.
have a look in your local supermarket in the fish section and just try out different ones - Tuna is very like chicken, not that fishy tasting but small cans are cheap and I imagine it could be exciting to have all those new tastes waiting
scientist have agreed that 3 days a week of fish is really really good for your health
