Have I had a healthy day?!
breakfast-- couple handfuls of fruit + nut granola [has like pumpkin seeds, almonds, cranberries, raisins, etc. etc.]
lunch-- pb+j on whole wheat, fruit salad[cantaloupe, grapes], water
snack-- bowl of oatmeal, [water, added a bit of sugar] half a mug of green tea w/ lemon, fuji apple
dinner-- can of vegetable soup, [has potatoes carrots onions tomatoes green beans noodle letters etc. etc. in it] water
might have something laterr

Absolutely! The canned soup, tho, is not the best option but is fine on occasion (go w/'Healthy Choice' soups). You did good!
That's extremely healthy!! Sounds like what I eat on a day to day basis! And the fruit & nut granola is by Cascadian farms! I always eat that cereal it's the BEST with oat milk! Mmmm :)
