Is the sugar in organic products vegan?!

Not necessarily. I usually don't count on it being vegan for the bone-char reason unless it is specified. However, I do know that Florida Crystals, for example, has a CERTIFIED VEGAN regular granulated sugar that comes in both regular & organic varieties. It is delicious & works exactly like regular sugar though the granulated appearance is very unrefined. I own a vegan bakery and use this sugar (the organic variety) for all my baked goods & they turn out perfect! In my area, at least, it is very easy to find in even regular grocery stores next to the processed sugar.
Hmm that's a tough one. Organic does not necessarily equal vegan. Unfortunately, unless you call the company from which you're purchasing the food and ask them how they process their sugar, there is no certain way of knowing. Usually if it's made with white sugar, it's not vegan.
vegan :D
Sugar comes from the plant "sugar cane."

I'd say it's 100% vegan since it came from a plant, but hey, decide for yourself since I don't know how conservative you are.
The sugar cane that they use might be organic, but as you said about the process part, then it might not be non-vegan after all. You can try brown sugar or rock sugar. there are many different kinds of sugar.
Hope that helps.
No, white sugar is NEVER vegan.
They make it white by using animal bone char (charcoal) to refine it.
