best foods for skin help im going shopping?!
i want my skin to be very nice and be able to snack on these foods and try to create a pretty well rounded diet.

Healthy fats are great for the skin (monosaturated, and polysaturated), which includes avocados, oils (canola, extra virgin, olive), and nuts.
But also blueberries, strawberries, blackberries and plums. :)
Vegan
oranges, prunes, apples.
