Hi, fruit and vegetables, porridge, potatoes, grains such as rice and couscous, grain products like brown bread, legumes such as beans, dried fruit like dates are all high in fiber.
Rice Krispys aren't a good choice. Try going for something wholegrain such as bran flakes, which do contain fiber.

Rice Krispies are very low in fiber, but you could add a little bran to increase the fiber without having a huge impact on the taste.
beans, barley, spinach, and whole grain breads come to mind. I don't think that anything made from white rice is good to eat, brown, black or wild rice, yes though.
