Answers:

IF you can lose half a pound a day, it would take you 40 days. But if you're in halfway good shape, it'll be tough to lose half a pound a day.

Exercise will help with muscle tone, but you really don't burn enough calories to lose a lot of weight. Diet is what you need to be concerned about.

You're eating a really restricted diet now. But after you lose the 20 lbs, will you be able to continue eating that way? Or are you going to overindulge and gain it all back. Yo-Yo dieting is not a good thing for your body.

IMO, you'd be better off to eat a more normal diet, just cutting down on the number of calories you consume, giving up sweets, sugar drinks, etc. You'll lose weight slower, but will be more likely to keep it off in the long term.

To be honest, I'll give it a month or two for you to lose 20 pounds.
