Not hungry at meal times?!
Lately, i havent been hungry during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. So ive been eating at other times when im hungry like brunch time, after school, and at night. How can i go back to normal eating times?

Don't eat anything tonight.
That should cause you to be hungry in the morning and start getting you back on track.
If it doesn't then skip brunch also which should make you hungry for lunch.
What I'm saying is to skip a meal on the off time to get you back in the normal cycle.
Eat your last food at 5pm for one day and you will wake up hungry, then eat at your regular breakfast, lunch, and dinner times.
times dont matter. just eat when youre hungry, stop when youre full, and eat healthy foods.
