What's the most healthiest pastry to get on this menu?!

Question: What's the most healthiest pastry to get on this menu?
I know pastries are not healthy in any form.. even if it is vegan..
I'm going out with my brother to this vegan bakery and I want to eat something that's not 17 million calories and that wont make me fat!

Which would you choose? and which is the "healthiest"

"All the goodies you see are
always cholesterol-free, dairy and egg-free,
and never contain any trans-fats, hydrogenated oils
or high fructose corn syrup.
We use all natural mostly organic ingredients,
have an expanding gluten-free line,
and are developing sugar-free treats also.
Papa Ganache uses only the finest quality ingredients,
including organic Callebaut chocolate from Belgium,
Organic Fair Trade unbleached sugar,
and righteous Organic Fair Trade coffees from Dean's Beans. "

Hi. If it's vegan and since it's the Holidays, I would not worry too much about how healthy it is. That's assuming you aren't going to have more than 1 or 2, load up on them, take home a sack full of pastries for later, and or come back tomorrow and the day after that...
I think the healthiest of these vegan pastries would be something with nuts, as they have protein, and something that is not chocolate, as chocolate is one of the most addicting forms of sugar.
A vegan should treat themselves once in awhile and I think this is a time you should enjoy yourself with your brother and not worry.

Vegan

I'd get the Old-fashioned Oatmeal Raisin cookie if I were looking for something halfway healthy. However, since it's okay to treat myself every once in awhile, I'd get a Pecan Sticky Bun.

The healthist pastry is filo pastry.

What's up bunny.
