Question: Does anyone know of a recipe to make ground "beef" crumbles?
Like Boca or Morning star.
They're a bit pricey prepackaged.

Oh, and preferably one that tastes good, lol..

I normally just use crumbled tempeh. However, if you don't like the taste, you can find many recipes on the internet. Here's one of many:
