I like them both. However Almond Milk is lower calorie with great taste so I have mostly switched over too almond milk now.

vegan because animals are not property

I like soymilk, best. Egg nog flavor, chocolate, vanilla, plain, sometimes strawberry.. I get almond milk too, sometimes, in fact, there's some in my house right now. but it is very nutty and you can def tell its almondmilk, and almonds im just not too fond of.

almondmilk, definitely. :)

I love Silk's almondmilk and I drink it every day-
they have original, vanilla, dark chocolate, and unsweetened.
I usually have original or dark chocolate.

vegan!

I prefer Almond Milk. Either Silk brand Vanilla or Blue Diamond Almond Breeze. I think Silk's Almond milk is better because it is a little thicker and sweeter. I used to drink soy milk before I found almond milk, but now that I've tried it, I really do prefer it.

Almond Milk in my opinion, taste better. I like the Vanilla Flavor. Almond Milk comes in Plain, Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry, if you can find it.

Depends on your taste buds. My mom prefers almond milk, but I love soy milk.
Why does this deserve a thumbs down? It's all about your taste buds. >.> It doesn't matter if you love soy milk, or almond milk, they're both non dairy milks.

I usually keep one of each around the house. I like the vanilla almond flavor best so I use it for cereals or just when I want a glass of milk. But I like plain soy milk best for baking.

In my opinion, soy milk is much better and tastes great w/ some veg*n cereal :)

Almond, especially the chocolate.

i like soymilk better

I think Almond.
