Is Light and Fit yogurt vegetarian?!

Question: Is Light and Fit yogurt vegetarian?
I'm vegetarian and not sure if Light and Fit has gelatin or any other animal product? Can I eat it? Any info will help, thanks :)

Answers:

Dannon's light n' fit yogurt has kosher gelatin which is not vegetarian.

Silk Yogurt is vegan. You can find their yogurts at a whole food store/health food store.

It's low in calories and high in calcium.

Vegetarian

Gelatin as well as milk/veal (veal is the direct by product of the already horridly cruel milk industry and it has been said there is a bit of veal in every glass of milk) plus it has Vitamin D3 which is derived from fish and splenda which is a close cousin to DDT and is tested on animals and tastes like garbage

It is not vegetarian in the least. I wouldn't really even classify it as food. If you want good yogurt I recommend So delicious (they have yogurt with coconut milk...yum) or Whole Soy. There is apparently a new product called Nogürt that is vegan and soy free but I haven't tried it yet. I would also recommend Good Belly which is a probiotic fruit drink which is really tasty and good for you.

Vegan because animals are not property

I'm not sure since I've never had that brand before. MOST regular yogurts contain gelatin, which is basically mashed up animal bones. Most vegetarians choose the avoid gelatin, which means they don't eat most yogurts.
I would recommend checking the ingredients, if it says "gelatin" or "kosher gelatin", then it's not vegetarian.

well first off vegetarians CAN eat animal products, and VEGANS cannot but besides that, It does infact have geleton in it and if you want to know more ingrediants go to :

It has gelatin in it, so it's not veg. Try stonyfield farms yogurt. It's vegetarian, and it's actually something you can find in a regular grocery store, rather than having to go to a specialty one.

Check the ingredients. Yogurts usually use gelatin, but yogurts that don't use gelatin use pectin, which comes from fruit and is fine for vegetarians.

i think it is if you go on http://en.wikipedia.org it might help :)
