Hi, a lot of people find that dairy can cause breakouts so try to avoid milk and cheese if you can.

Eat a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables as these are full of antioxidants which help eliminate toxins from your body and prevent infections, so will certainly help your skin to remain clear.

Foods containing healthy fats such as nuts and avocado are also fantastic for your skin. Try having a small handful of nuts per day to see a real improvement.

There also seems to be a hormone connection with acne. That is why it occurs with the influx of hormones in the teen years and some women get pimples each month when their hormone levels drop.

You can eat chocolate, just stay hydrated and don't forget that stress also affects your skin. Don't shower in super hot water, because it will dry your skin up. Also, keep your lips balmed, and don't lick them! Don't wash your face with soup, because it will also dry it. Instead, use special creams and the such. Remove your make up!

Eliminate junk food from your diet,drink a lot of water (filtered is better than bottled water),don't drink alcohol,cut down or eliminate white sugar,don't eat meat as it contains the chemicals animals are fed on.
If you think this is all a bit extreme.........you might have to live with less than clear skin.
