How can I eat healthily as a vegetarian at school and at home?!

Question: How can I eat healthily as a vegetarian at school and at home?
I would like things that are similar to what other male teenagers eat but still vegetarian.

I would appreciate a guideline of what to eat each day of the week at every meal of the day.

Thanks

for school you can make sandwiches or take with you precooked food - quorn meatballs w/ mashed potatoes/ noodles with tomatoe sauce/ soup/ quorn sausages.
but if you get fod served at te school they should have a vegetarian option.

dinner is pretty much the same as lunch. but dont forget lots of greens!! thats seriously important! especc. if your a vegetarian as it has like lots of nutrients adn vitamins!

and you can drink like milk or seomthing ot keep your bones strong and for calcium!

not that grea information, but soemthign!!

There is no magical diet to eating healthily. Its important that you are getting plenty of protein, cheese, different types of beans, eggs, nuts, lentils and milk are all good sources. Make sure that all your sandwiches have some protein- homous or cheese is good. You also need to make sure you are getting your vitamins, marmite is good for that. You should try as many different things as possible, which may be hard at school but just try your best!

try eating health vegetables, fruits, cereals, toast, egg etc.. and reduce chocolates, sweets and biscuits...

thats all I can help you... but hope it was useful!!!

Good luck! ;)
